Tammy White - As a graduate of William and Mary, Tammy has been with IBG
for over 4 years. She has been a personal trainer for more than 15 in the
Williamsburg area.  She specializes in toning, shaping, weight loss, and general
fitness.  She is available by referral only at this point from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday through Friday.

Mike Whiting - Mike joined the gym soon after the gym moved to New Town in
2006.  He is certified through The International Sports Science Association and his
many years of gym experience make him a great choice as a trainer.  Mike
specializes in general fitness, shaping and toning.  If you are looking to gain size,
strength, and muscularity, he is a great option as well.  His availability is most days

Stacie Poirot - Stacie has been in the fitness industry since 1997 graduating
with a degree in Exercise and Wellness in 2001.   Her certifications include Health
Fitness Instructor through American College of Sports Medicine, Group Exercise
Instructor through Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, and Resist-A-Ball
C.O.R.E. Instructor.  Her background in nutrition and group exercise adds to her
vast knowledge of fitness in order to develop the right exercise prescription for you.

Lara Simms - Lara is the latest addition to Iron-Bound Gym as a personal
trainer.  She is a Williamsburg native and recently received her International Sports
Science Association Personal trainer certification.  Her many years of personal
workout experience plus her certification make her a great choice for those needing
motivation and a push to get to the next level.  She is available anytime for training

Carol Rudesill-Brantley- Carol is our certified Stott pilates instructor
specializing in reformer training and pilates mat.  She is excellent for those just
learning the reformer as well as advanced users.  By using more than 400 different
moves, pilates is great for rehab, improving flexibility and core strength.  She is
available by appointment Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
